History:
Generally, the chinese dragon is a benevolent and powerful, bringer of good fortune. The general appearance of the dragon is a composite of real animals: The body of a snake, scales of a carp, tail of a whale, face of a camel, claws of an eagle, feet of a tiger, and the eyes of a lobster. Chinese dragons are occasionally depicted with bat-like wings. |
